Paper: Development and activity testing of spray dried Phosphorylated Hexaacyl Disaccharide for nasal administration

Jasmine Ahad is a Senior Development Scientist at Upperton Pharma Solutions based in Nottingham, U.K, a leading CDMO for the development and manufacturing of clinical drug products. Jasmine is responsible for formulation development of nasal, inhaled and oral drugs to support early phase clinical studies; her formulation specialism utilises the company’s long established spray drying platform to apply particle engineering to inhaled and nasal formulations to ensure optimal delivery and performance characteristics.

Prior to joining Upperton, she completed her Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Science MSc with a research focus on development of a delivery method for a non-traditional antibiotic: Electrospun polymer nanofibers.
