Exhibition & Sponsorship Opportunities
The DDL Conference brings together an exceptional cross-section of the global inhalation community, attracting leading exhibitors and sponsors from across the industry. Participants include CDMOs, chemical, polymer and packaging specialists, consultancy firms, device innovators, excipient suppliers, formulation and analytical service providers, manufacturing and processing technology experts, and particle engineering and testing equipment companies — all showcasing the latest advancements shaping the future of inhaled drug delivery.
The exhibition hall hosts 118 stands, centred around a spacious main catering hub that creates a vibrant focal point for networking and interaction. Additional barista coffee stations, a smoothie bar, and an ice cream cart are positioned around the perimeter to encourage smooth delegate flow and maximise engagement throughout the space.

How to book as a Sponsor, with no exhibition stand:
It is important that you read the below 4 steps fully before clicking the booking portal link below.
Step 1: Click Register Now
When you access the booking portal, please click Register Now as shown on the image to the right
All companies MUST register for DDL2026.
If you attended DDL2025 and created an account, this information will not be saved.
Step 2: Select the CORRECT Participation Type
Be sure to select the correct Participation Type as shown in the images to the right.
Select:
Sponsor without exhibiting
If you select the incorrect one, the booking process will be delayed as we rectify the error.
Step 3: Complete your company registration
You need to enter your company details including contact details, website address and the main contact person managing the booking.
You will also need to upload your company logo at this time to proceed.
Step 3: Proceed with your booking and sign the contract
As a Sponsor with no exhibition stand, next you will choose your sponsorship type.
When you have made your selection, you will sign the contract and have the option to pay by invoice or by card.
Please note, once you have chosen your sponsorship type, you have 24 hours to sign the contract or your selection is cancelled.
