No you will not receive your badge before the conference. You will collect your badge when you arrive at the conference venue.
If you do not live in the UK or hold a UK passport, you will need to apply for an ETA to attend the conference.

The dress code for the conference is smart casual.
You must follow our Call for Papers process if you wish to present an Oral or Poster presentation at the conference. The Call for Papers submissions are reviewed by the DDL Committee and the Scientific Advisors who will select papers which best fit within the session themes.
The Call for Papers process will open in May.

Registration for the Conference
You can transfer your registration to another person before Friday 6th December by emailing the organisers: info@ddl-conference.com
Any requests to transfer your registration after this time cannot be guaranteed.
If you are unable to attend the face-to-face conference, your ticket will be transferred to a virtual delegate ticket, and the difference in ticket price will be refunded to you after the event. Please note, you must inform us that you are unable to attend in person before Friday 6th December to guarantee access to the Virtual Conference. Notifications after this date may not be transferred to a Virtual Ticket in time for the conference.
Virtual tickets are non-refundable.

You can collect your certificate of attendance at the conference. You can also request the certificate following the conference by emailing the organisers: info@ddl-conference.com
Conference Papers / Abstracts
No, we do not accept encore abstracts / conference papers.
No, we do not accept ‘late breaking’ abstracts / conference papers.
All papers should be submitted by the July deadline each year.
The Call for Papers process includes the guidelines and essential template you must use when preparing your conference paper for the conference.
The Call for Papers process opens in May.

You will be contacted by one of the DDL Committee by Friday 27th September.
