Howard Bleazard

Howard Bleazard is the Quality and Technical Manager at Kindeva Drug Delivery Limited’s Clitheroe site. Howard started his career with Kindeva (formerly 3M Drug Delivery Systems) almost 40 years ago, initially leading the Research and Development group at Clitheroe as they developed container closure systems for the transition away from CFC based formulations and helping 3M be first to launch a CFC-free pMDI in 1995. Since then, Howard has held a variety of roles at Kindeva including Technical Sales Manager, Marketed Product Support Manager, 6 Sigma Black Belt and Manufacturing Manager before assuming his current role 15 years ago.

He is about to reprise his role in R&D as Kindeva continue to develop, optimise and commercialise a range of container closure systems that are compatible with green propellant formulations.
