Download Paper

Patrik Andersson is an associate principal scientist in Aerosol Physics at AstraZeneca, Gothenburg. In his role he acts as an expert in measuring aerosols from inhalers both in inhaled projects and in work towards simplification in measurements of aerosols, e.g. working with abbreviated impactor measurements. He is a member of the IPAC-RS cascade impactor group as well as of the EPAG cascade impactor group.
He has a Ph.D. in physical chemistry and was postdoc at Max Planck Institute für Stroemungsforschung 2000-2001. After the postdoc he joined the Atmospheric Science group at University of Gothenburg and became an assistant professor there in 2007 and an adjunct professor in 2016. The research focused on nucleation of atmospheric clusters and involved a deep cooperation with University of Oslo.
