Graduated as a Pharmacist at the Universidad de Valparaíso, Chile, and obtained his Ph.D. in Molecular Pharmaceutics and Drug Delivery (MPDD), at the University of Texas at Austin, U.S. Currently, Dr. Moraga works as Assistant Professor at the Universidad de Valparaíso, an adjunct professor at the University of Texas at Austin, and as an associate researcher at the Chilean Pharmacopeia Research Center. His main focus of research is the delivery of drugs into the lungs using controlled release systems. Additionally, he is a member of the editorial board of the scientific journals Drug Development and Industrial Pharmacy (DDIP) and AAPS PharmSciTech journal.
