Howard Bleazard is the Technical Manager of the Development and Commercialisation group at Kindeva Drug Delivery Limited’s Clitheroe site. Howard started his career with Kindeva (formerly 3M Drug Delivery Systems) 41 years ago, initially leading the Research and Development group at Clitheroe as they developed container closure systems for the transition away from CFC based formulations and helping 3M be first to launch a CFC-free pMDI in 1995. Since then, Howard has held a variety of roles at Kindeva including Technical Sales Manager, Marketed Product Support Manager, 6 Sigma Black Belt, Manufacturing Manager and Quality Manager before assuming his current role almost two years ago, and is now working to develop and commercialise the next generation of container closure systems that are compatible with low GWP formulations.
