Aston Particle Technologies

Paper: Modulating the Fine Particle Fraction, Surface Area and Surface Energy of a High Dose Fluticasone Propionate Formulation Using Isothermal Dry Particle Coating (iDPC) Technology

I work as a senior scientist in Aston Particle Technologies Ltd. (APT), joined in 2017.
Aston Particle Technologies is a platform technology business working to commercialise its patented Isothermal Dry Particle Coating Technology (iDPC) for pharmaceutical formulation.
I am mainly involved in DPI formulation development, but also solubility enhancement of APIs and taste masking of formulations using iDPC.
I did master’s and PhD in drug delivery from Aston University. My PhD project was focused on Development of Novel delivery systems for Nose to brain drug delivery.
