Jorge Pontes

Universidade do Algarve & Universidade Nova de Lisboa

Jorge Filipe Pontes is a PhD student in the PhD Programme in Mecanisms of Disease and Regenerative Medicine, a consortium between Universidade do Algarve and Universidade Nova de Lisboa. In 2016, Jorge concluded the degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, and one year later, he started a 6-month research internship in Lyon (France), where he studied nanoemulsions. In 2018, Jorge started his PhD project, which focuses mainly on dry powder development and evaluation, in the Drug Delivery Laboratory, at Universidade do Algarve. He contributed as an author in 4 published papers, and this is his third time in the DDL Conference.
