Exhibition & Sponsorship Opportunities
The DDL Conference brings together an exceptional cross-section of the global inhalation community, attracting leading exhibitors and sponsors from across the industry. Participants include CDMOs, chemical, polymer and packaging specialists, consultancy firms, device innovators, excipient suppliers, formulation and analytical service providers, manufacturing and processing technology experts, and particle engineering and testing equipment companies — all showcasing the latest advancements shaping the future of inhaled drug delivery.
The exhibition hall hosts up to 120 stands, centred around a spacious main catering hub that creates a vibrant focal point for networking and interaction. Additional barista coffee stations, a smoothie bar, and an ice cream cart are positioned around the perimeter to encourage smooth delegate flow and maximise engagement throughout the space.
How to book:
Exhibition stand bookings will open in three phases.
The third phase will be open to all to register and choose their stand. The date for this is Monday 27th April.
The link to book will be available on our website from this time, as well as emailed to our mailing list contacts.

Important Information about booking:
- Stands are booked very quickly, so we advise you to be prepared ahead of the booking date
- The booking platform requires you to register your company details first
- Please make sure you have your full company details ready as well as your company logo in a jpeg format
- Once you have completed the registration form, you will then be emailed the link to access the floorplan platform
- You can then choose your stand and level of sponsorship and complete your booking.
