DDL attracts a wide range of exhibitors and sponsors from across the inhalation industry.  The exhibition hall accommodates around 120 stands, with a central catering point which allows for excellent networking in the heart of the exhibition hall.  DDL has become such a popular conference that this year we have invested in an expansion of the  exhibition hall, to include further catering areas located adjacent to the additional stands.

We are hosting the DDL Awards Drinks Reception following the close of lectures on Thursday 7th December and are offering the opportunity for you to co-sponsor this special event.

DDL2023 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of face-to-face event by DDL Organisers:

For cancellations of face-to-face event, originated by DDL for any reason including COVID-19 concerns, the following cancellation policy, applies.

Cancellation before 31st October 2023 90% of Sponsorship Booking costs refunded
Cancellation from 1st November 2023 80% of Sponsorship Booking costs refunded

Cancellation by Sponsor:

For cancellations originated by the DDL Sponsor for any reason including COVID-19 concerns, the following cancellation policy, applies.

Cancellation before 31st October 2023 75% of Sponsorship Booking costs refunded
Cancellation from 1st November 2023 50% of Sponsorship Booking costs refunded
