Leads of Respiratory Group, PA Consulting, UK

Paper: The impact of emerging European Commission sustainability policy on respiratory inhaler development

Sarah Wren leads the respiratory group at PA Consulting’s Global Innovation and Technology Centre in Cambridge UK and has worked with clients for over 20 years to develop drug delivery devices. Sarah focuses on best practice device development, integrating the product development process, evolving regulatory requirements and commercial ambition to develop successful, innovative drug delivery products. As building a sustainable economy becomes more important Sarah is working with clients to bring sustainability principles and technologies into drug delivery device development. She is helping clients rethink how we develop devices and adapt our processes, product design and manufacturing to adopt Circular Economy principles.
Sarah is a Pharmacist and holds a BPharm (Hons) degree in Pharmacy. Prior to PA Sarah worked in Big Pharma companies in pharmaceutical development and manufacturing technology transfer.
